eScalate

Enterprise Support Programme

We are an eScalate Enterprise Support Hub, providing support through workshops, events and peer to peer groups. Whatever your background, experiences or qualifications, if you live in Oxfordshire, we can help you to make your ideas a reality.

The eScalate programme has been created by OSEP and OxLEP, delivering European funded support for enterprising charities, social enterprises, purposeful businesses and social entrepreneurs. 

The programme can support you to develop new business models and products to boost productivity, and grow your organisation.

This support includes:

  • Specialist 1:1 support

  • Facilitated peer to peer support

  • Leadership and Business Sustainability webinars & workshops

  • Social Enterprise Hubs (like us!)

  • Grant funding

Case study: Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Peer to Peer series

In 2021-22, Oxford Hub is facilitating a series of peer to peer workshops for representatives from Oxfordshire charities who are working to further Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within their organisations. Supported by eScalate, the series provides participants with opportunities to share experiences and resources, hold each other accountable and support each other to make progress. As part of this work, participants are also contributing to the resource bank connected to the Oxfordshire All In EDI Framework.
