An innovative Oxford-based consulting network is seeking an intern to work 2.5 days per week for 6 months. Oxford Change Management (OCM) seeks to facilitate organisational effectiveness within international public-benefit establishments, such as the UN and Oxfam.

This placement, ideally suited to recent graduates, offers the opportunity to compile a research report on a topic of your choice that aligns with OCM’s interest areas, as well as building up your organisational skills through working on accounts, design and other administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a change-making organisation, which will provide you with an invaluable learning experience and a weekly stipend of £80.

The successful applicant will be able to commit to six months’ part time work, have a demonstrable interest in development and/or organisational issues and be a strong communicator with excellent written and analytical skills.
