Set up in 1998, the Oxford-based Ethical Property Company (their head office is in the same building as the Oxford Hub) buys and develops properties for charities and community groups. They currently have 12 centres around the country and have recently expanded to Belgium, so it’s only a matter of time before they take over Europe!

Founded in 2005, Oxford Wood Recycling provides a waste wood collection service for businesses. It process the wood and sells it on or reuses it to make new products. Special emphasis is put on employing people with disabilities, making the company an outstanding one in several respects!
Set up 'Alpha Bar' in the Covered Market and the 'Vaults and Garden' Coffee Shop.
