Student-led volunteering Projects

Do you have passion, belief in a cause and a desire to save the world in some small way? Then this could be for you!

How do the projects work?

Each project has between 5 and 50 volunteers who spend some time working in different community areas.
Projects are organised around workloads within term-time, so anyone who wishes to take part should not be held back by their degree
Students working on a project give up a couple of hours each week to volunteer
Each project is managed by student project coordinators.

What do I need to do?

Show enthusiasm, committment and passion

How do I start my own project?

Is there a gap in the community for a cause you are passionate about? Not sure where there is a gap but want to contribute to your local community? Oxford Hub: Community Volunteering can help
Through our community partners we have already established a number of areas where there is scope for new volunteering projects
