The Introduction to International Development (IID) is an annual one day conference aimed at introducing students to key issues in International Development. This year's theme is Human Rights in Development.

With various workshops to choose from, the event will be a fantastic introduction to international development for those who don't know much, while providing depth and detail into the fascinating crossover between Human Rights and International development for those who are well versed in either area.
The event will be held at the Social Sciences Building on Manor Road on Sat 7th Nov 09 (End of 4th week) from 10am - 4pm.
